Woolstock at the Ranch Retreat
Woolstock at the Ranch is a 3-day creative gathering led by Stacy West in our Event Center, and for those who want the most seamless experience, we offer exclusive lodging at Box Car Ranch Retreats. Stay just a hop, skip, and a jump from all the Woolstock activities and enjoy quiet mornings, relaxing evenings, and total convenience throughout the event. Retreat lodging is offered as a separate, optional upgrade for $315 from the 3-day event registration and provides the ideal way to turn your Woolstock weekend into a true getaway.
This retreat is exclusively for those that are attending the 3-day Woolstock event at the Events Center!

Join us at the Manor for a weekend of stitches, laughter, and spooky fun! Our Haunted Manor Sew-In is the perfect way to celebrate Halloween—quilter style. Pack your projects, your favorite fall treats, and maybe even a costume or two!

🎃 Trick or Treat Swaps – bring small wrapped goodies (fat quarters, notions, or treats) to share in our trick-or-treat table exchange.

🧵 Costume Contest – prizes for the Most Creative, Best Handmade, and Funniest costumes.

🍬 Spooky Snack Bar – snack on sweets and sips from our candy buffet, popcorn cauldron, and “witch’s brew” punch.
