Deen’s Cottage is the perfect retreat for your intimate group of 6-8.  Located in a 3,000 square foot home, you will feel like you have been whisked away to picturesque farmhouse in the country.

• 8 Comfy rolling chairs that only roll when a person's weight is in it

• Separate lounge area equipped with leather reclining sofa, chairs and television for downtime or hand sewing

• Dedicated cutting and pressing room equipped with adjustable cutting tables and design walls

• On site laundry room

• Free Wi-Fi

• Fully equipped kitchen

• Picturesque large screened in porch that overlooks the pond

Deen's cottage has three bedrooms.

The Pink Room is the largest room that sleeps 4 guests.  There is a full bathroom attached with a walk in shower.

The Black and White Room sleeps 2 guests.  There is a full bathroom attached with a walk in shower.

The Blue Bedroom sleeps 2 guests.  There is a full bathroom with a step-in tub/shower combination.

There is a half bath off of the main area.

The only paper products that will be provided at this time are paper towels and toilet paper.

We will provide your bed linens and bath towels for your stay.

We will also provide hand soap and dish soap for your stay.

Any other products that you wish to have during your stay will need to be provided by you or your group.

Catering is available at an additional rate.

The Cottage has a 6-person per night, 2 night minimum and is $70 per person, per night (including tax).

​

There is a $250 deposit due at the time of booking.  The remainder of the balance is due upon arrival.

If you need to cancel your deposit will be returned up to 30 days before the time of your stay.  If you need to cancel within 30 days of your stay, your deposit will be forfeited.

​

Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am.  Please stay to these times as we have a cleaning service come in to prepare for the next group.

Each member of your group will receive a 10% discount at Box Car Quilts, good for the entire time of your stay.
